I am not the biggest football fan, nor if I had to pick a team would I go for Chelsea.

However, I couldn't turn down the opportunity to visit the football club. Here is a pic of me and my sister at the grounds.

Brides Magazine & Swarovski Wedding Event

Yesterday I attended the Brides Magazine and Swarovski wedding event to view the new Swing, Sing and Shine jewellery collection.

The collection includes floral impressions, satin ribbon chokers and rainbow-inspired pendants. There were many stand out pieces but my favourite was the drop earrings which would go perfectly with a simple bridal gown.

It was a lovely surprising winning the prize draw. I won  champagne flutes which will certainly be on the top table next year!

I had such a wonderful time meeting other brides-to-be and viewing the beautiful collection and look forward to the next reader event!

 

Taste of London Food Festival - Outfit of the day

A few weeks ago I went to the Taste of London food festival in Regents Park with my mum and sister. 

We tried dishes from the dozens of stalls at the festival, tasting food from Asian, India and Argentina.

I love trying out new dishes so was slightly disappointed there wasn't much of a wide range for people to choose from.  Where was the Greek, African, Indonesian, Australian and other food?  I've tried many foods from different countries in London but it was a shame these foods weren't represented at the festival.

 Choices, choices!

On a positive note, by far the best bit was the live food demonstration, cupcakes and the cocktails!  If you want a day out to taste lots of food then head to the Taste of London. It may not offer a wide choice of dishes but there is plenty of food to nimble and lots of tasty drinks!
