Versace and H&M Team up for Joint Collection!

Donatella Versace and H&M are teaming up for a new joint collection!

H&M have announced their latest high street collaboration will be with Versace *screams!*

Donatella Versace is the latest high fashion label to work with the Swedish high street brand. Versace will be working her magic on the high street store with an exclusive collection, The Diffusion line, for both women AND men which will go on sale from 17th November 2011.  Shortly followed by a pre-spring collection that will be available online from January 19 2012.

The diffusion line from Versace and H&M will feature both women and menswear

And the best part? Prices start from just £50!  This is very exciting news for shoppers everywhere particularly high street shoppers who couldn't normally afford to buy  from high end designer collections like Versace.  This has got to be H&M's most exciting and possibly greatest collaboration to date - talk about a match made in heaven! The legendary designer said;

"I am thrilled to be collaborating with H&M and to have the opportunity of reaching their wide audience. The collection will be quintessential Versace, perfect for H&M and Versace fans everywhere."

So what are shoppers to expect of this fabulous collection? Colourful prints for the girls, studded leather and sharp tailoring and plenty of bling for the boys.

Oh, and not forgetting the horrendous queues formed outside every H&M store in the UK. See you in line!

Outfit of the Day

 Cardigan - H&M
Slogan t-shirt - Zara
Denim shorts - Matalan
Tie-dye leggings - New Look
Leopard print pumps - Topshop

At the moment, the weather in London is so unpredictable. Its an awful combination of rain in humid temperatures - not ideal for choosing an outfit on these days! So as well as my umbrella (a necessity!) I opt for cut-off denim shorts with leggings to keep me covered up but still warm enough for the humid temperatures.

I am a huge fan of slogan tees and Zara always have a great selection. This t-shirt which reads like a newspaper headline, "Fashion News - Extra! Extra! Read all about it!" is probably one of my favourites! I loved the leopard print pumps so much I bought two pairs!

I added some subtle rips to my shorts by using my nail file (or a razor blade works too!) to run the sharp edge in the sections until the white strands appear. Everyone has their own method but I find this the easiest way to making jeans look "distressed" on a budget!

Pop Up Shop in London's Kings Road

 Pop up shops in London

Pop up shops are appearing everywhere and are proving very popular in many cities like London.  It's the perfect opportunity to indulge in a fantastic shopping experience, the chance to find some unusual and exclusive items at a discount price!

But often it's hard to find pop up shops as they are only around for a limited time...*sobs*

Lucky for me, I found a new pop-up shop on the Kings Road, opposite the Chelsea Town Hall, which opened this week.  I bought an extremely cute Juicy Couture Varsity Logo Tote bag. Although the bag is medium sized, it is surprisingly very big inside!

It has three compartments  making it the ideal day bag for shopping or everyday use.  I particularly love the combination of pink beige and brown colours, great for casual wear and a perfect buy for this Summer.

They sell a wide range of items such as furniture, clothing, accessories and much more. This pop up shop is definitely worth visiting - don't leave it too late before it closes!

New X-factor Judges Fashion Verdict

New X-factor Tulisa and Kelly Rowland

Former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland and N-Dubz singer Tulisa have replaced Cheryl Cole as judges on the UK X-factor. Just like Cheryl, both singers are from successful groups and the new judges are just as popular in their own right and I am sure will be a hit with audiences. But can they replicate Cheryl's popular style and steal her fashion crown?

Judging by the first days of auditions, Kelly and Tulisa are riding high in the fashion stakes.
Tulisa from N-Dubz - the jumpsuit is so on trend

Kelly Rowland - the sky high heels are fierce!

Day one saw Tulisa wore a DKNY polka dot jumpsuit and Kurt Geiger heels. Kelly wore a neon crotchet crop top,  black puff ball skirt and sky high Christian Louboutins. Jumpsuits and mid-drifts are both popular looks this season but neither of their outfits wowed me.

Kelly Rowland - my favourite outfit so far

 Tulisa - loved the wedges

Day two proved much better with both judges opting for dresses. I absolutely loved Kelly's Olivia Rubin printed maxi dress and tan wedges.  Tulisa 's neon print mini dress with an asymmetrical hemline was also a good choice. Keep up it up girls!
