The stars were out in full force last night to celebrate the MTV VMAs. The stylists should be praised with their efforts for the night, as there were plenty of fantastic outfits on the red carpet (phew!)

Jessie J arrived on the red carpet with a sparkly corset, her trademark hotpants and a matching sparkly cast studded with diamante jewels as she broke her foot off stage 11 weeks ago. I loved the fact that she refused to let her broken foot get in the way of her amazing outfit - check out the gemstones running down her thigh!

Britney Spears wore a black sequinned Moshino mini dress with matching peep toe boots which were definately an improvement to last year's disaster outfit at VMAs in 2007!

Selena Gomez wore a stunning Julian McDonald gothic style dress. The high neck lace with lace was a winner in my books, especially teaming this dress with the gold stiletto heels. Good look!
