It was the bank holiday and what better way to celebrate it then to go out and party??? :-)

Well I did in this fabulous LBD (Little Black Dress).  As much as the colour black has its many advantages such as making the body appear alot slimmer (or so they say!) I don't usually wear all black as I find it incredibly dull.

So when I saw this little number had Embellished Shoulders with sequins and tassles I couldn't resist - Little Black Dress with a twist? It had my name all over it!

Outfit of the Day Dinner Date

So I've decided to start blogging outfits I wear out and listing where I got them from!

The first is this outfit I wore out to dinner with my boyfriend :-) We went to a restaurant which is definately not a dressed down place and everyone dresses up which makes a change to my usual Uggs on a day off!

It was extremely cold that day hence the dark tights but I thought it went well with the nude coloured dress teamed with a black cardie and nude shoes too.

Heidi Breaks Down Speaking About Surgery To Mum

The last season of the Hills aired on Tuesday night and the first episode showed Heidi's mum's reaction to her plastic surgery.

As we all know, Heidi decided to have 10 plastic surgery procedures a few month ago, much to the horror of the entire world including her own mother!

In the first episode, Heidi's mum, Darlene, said she looked like a "barbie doll" and much preferred her the way she was.  Cue Heidi's horrified reaction.

Heidi, an aspiring pop star, underwent surgery on nearly every part of her body including, neck liposuction, buttock augmentation, mini brow lift, chin reduction, Botox in her forehead and frown area as well as fat injected into her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips.  Nice! *sarcasm*

When Heidi asked her mother what she thought of her surgery Darlene said,  "It takes a little getting used to. It’s very weird and very awkward. I’m sorry.'

As Heidi listed all the procedures she went through, Darlene said: 'It sounds to me like you want to look like Barbie. "

You won't believe Heidi's response;

"I DO want to look like Barbie."

*Sigh* Oh dear Heidi, what are we going to do with you?

Lourdes Looks The Splitting Image of Her Mother

I found this image of Madonna, her 13 year old daughter, Lourdes and a younger Madonna snapped in 1979.  Doesn't Lourdes look like the splitting image of her mother?!

Anyway, what did you make of Lourdes outfit?  I really like her embellished shift dress/leather jacket combo.  The biker boots finished it off and played down a look to match her age.  

Though saying that I wouldn't let my 13 year old daughter wear walk out of the house wearing ripped tights.  Lourdes should have binned them because quite frankly the trashy tights ruined an almost perfect outfit.  I guess the ripped tights are her signature look so i'll let her off this time. ;-)

Sandra Bullock Adopts New Baby..& Divorces Hubby!

She certainly doesn't do things in halves! Sandra Bullock not only filed for divorce from her cheating husband, Jesse James, but she has shocked Hollywood by revealing she has an adopted son.

The 45 year old Oscar winner brought home 3month old baby Louis Bardo in January prior to the breakdown of her marriage to Jesse James.  The boy was born in New Orleans and the adoption process began four years ago.  The couple took custody of the boy just weeks after his birth and the couple decided to keep the news a secret until after the Oscars when the terrible news broke....

How funny that art should imitate life.  Sandra won an Oscar for her leading role in, The Blind Side, a true story about a mother who adopts a homeless African-American boy who becomes a successful football star.

It's so sad that Sandra couldn't enjoy her success, new baby and family life before tragedy struck and the news of Jessie cheating came to light.  What's worse it was only 10 days after the Oscars when the first "mistress" went public.  The tattoo model claimed a 11 month affair with Jesse.  11 months is a longggggggggggggg time...

Sandra did an exclusive interview with People magazine talking about her decision to end her five year marriage, "I'm sad and I am scared."

When asked about whether Jesse cheated on her she said she had, "no idea about anything." And added, "I did the only think I could do, and that was to pack enough clothes to live on, get all of Louis' things and get out of town.  My main concern was Louis."

Louis, is named after jazz artist Louis Armstrong.  She said, He's just perfect, I can't even describe him any other way.  All I said when I met him was 'Oh, there you are.'  It was like he had always been a part of our lives."

Jessie checked into a treatment facility to address, "personal issues" and he was spotted recently near his home without his wedding ring on.  When she was asked about Jessie's parenting role with Louis she said, "I will be adopting as a single parent.  Anything else will be taken day by day."

Jessie told People magazine, "The decision to let my wife end our marriage and continue the adoption of Louis on her own, has been the hardest.  The love I have for Louis cannot be put into words."

Just when her career reaches its ultimate peak this happens. Good going Jesse! 

Well, I wish Sandra all the best. Although her marriage is over (sad face) at least she can say that a beautiful child has come out of such a awful situation (happy face). That child is georgous beyond words!

They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.  Hmmmm, I am not too sure about that one! And I think both Lady Gaga and Christina Aguleria would disagree...

Christina's back with a new single and video, which she features in wearing an outfit very similar to Lady Gaga... 

Eighteen months ago, Christina dismissed suggestions she was copying Lady GaGa, responding to the rumours: 'I don’t know if it is a man or a woman." (meowwwwwwwwwwwwwww!)

Iron Man 2 Premier

The Iron Man 2 premier was held in LA yesterday with star-studded guests arriving for the red carpet.

SScarlet wore a Armani Prive asymmetrical dress and Gwyneth wore Georgio Armani shorts and matching blazer.

Kim and Khloe joined their sister, Kourtney, to celebrate her 31st birthday at the Las Vegas MGM Grand Hotel on Saturday.

I love Kim's black playsuit by Robert Rodriguez.  Not too keen on Khloe's stripey maxi dress - not because it's not nice, I just think Maxi dresses are best for either the day or evening party not for a red carpet event.

By the way, have you noticed  the birthday girl Kourtney's white and brown swimsuit under her grey dress?! I think it looks good! What do you think??
