Chris Brezzy on his way from court
Chris Brown appeared in a Los Angeles court last week and pleaded "not guilty" to threatening and assaulting his on/off girlfriend, Rihanna.

He was dressed all in black and only spoke to enter his plea (of not guilty). Chris was represented by his lawyer Mark Geragos and Rihanna (who was no present) was represented by her lawyer Donald Etra who said she was "in fine spirits."
If by that he means the latest pics of RiRi going house-searching on holidays and partying in Hollywood then yes, I guess she is.
