Uh-oh, Victoria Beckham is back in her sky-scraper heels!
Dressed in a black vest top and cropped leather trousers, Posh Spice was seen wearing super high Christian Louboutin heels.
But only two weeks ago, she was spotted wearing ballet pumps due to back problems.
Posh spotted in ballet pumps - very rare!
Victoria suffered from a slipped disc during pregnancy which was exacerbated in childbirth which is why she was spotted in flats two weeks ago.
