Peter Andre Breaks Down on TV...

With news breaking out that Katie Price married Alex in Las Vegas, it was only a matter of time before Peter Andre was going to air his views on the matter...

Live on Sky News, Peter Andre broke down in tears during his interview.  The singer, who was already booked to appear and promote his new album became visably angry when asked by newsreader, Kay Burley, about Katie's decision to marry Alex Reid.

But it was the questions about his children that REALLY got to him.  Kay showed a videoclip of Katie's ex and father to Harvey, Dwight Yorke, saying that he was not happy that Peter wanted to adopt Harvey when they got married.

Kay then asked Peter how would he feel if Alex did the same and tried to adopt his children, now that Alex and Katie were married.  He exclaimed that nobody will takes his children from him.  And that's when the tears were released...*sob*

After a few seconds, Peter realized his emotions and apologized, saying that he didn’t expect those kinds of questions. When Kay tried to change the subject to his tour, he just told her that he didn’t want to talk anymore and requested the interview be over.

Were these tears brought on at the thought of having his children adopted by another man? Or perhaps the fact that Kay embarrassingly showed Peter up? If Peter could consider adopting Harvey then why couldn't Alex? Perfectly normal question to ask a man.  I mean, he HAS also considered this option himself hasn't he?

Rumble in the Jungle! Katy's Back on I'm A Celebrity..

Katy Price returned to I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here on Tuesday night, much to the annoyance of her fellow campers.

Since the line up had been announced and rumours of Katy going back into the jungle emerged, it wasn't the biggest surprise when Katy walked into the camp...

...But I was gobsmacked! Even though Katy was rumoured to have been paid £400,000 (isn't it a recession?!) I really didn't think she would go back to the reality tv show that made her the milliionaire that she is today.

When asked by some of the contestants (goodness knows who, I can't remember any of those Z-listers..) why she decided to return to the show Kate said she needed "closure" from her marriage breakdown and media backlash she had suffered.

Fair enough I say. Everyone from people on my facebook, forums, blogs, journalists and other celebrities in the media have slated her, criticising her decision to appear on the reality tv show. 

What shocks me the most is how fickle people are.   We've seen it before time and time again, the public's opinion on celebrities change. 

Michael Jackson and Jade Goody are just two examples. Countlessly criticised and ridiculed by the press until their deaths earlier this year. Then it was time to mourn Jade labelled by newspapers and critics, "The Nation's Sweetheart" or MJ "The King of Pop".  Where were these compliments and praises when these two celebrities were alive? I'm sure they would have NOT like to be remembered as "Piggy", "Chav" or "Wacko Jacko" but those were the names they were labelled by the media...

And now it's Katie's turn.  It wasn't long ago that young girls and women all over the country hailed Katie Price as a postive role model. She was the independent business woman who had turned her glamour modelling into a multi-million pound empire.

Yet as soon as she split from her husband, "Pefect" Pete, she was vilified in the press and the witch-hunt began. What's even worse is that female journalists seem to be her harshest critics. What happened to sisterhood eh???

I'm going to end this blog with less criticism and on a high. Below is the image that dominated most newspapers the next day after she appeared on the reality tv show.  Katie sure doesn't waste time does she!? ;-)

As every Tom Dick and Harry plus their dog well know, Jordan and Peter have been having digs at each other in the press since they announced their split back in June. But now Jordan has revealed she was raped by a well-know celebrity. Two weeks ago she first claimed it was "more than once" when she was younger. She said: "A famous celebrity raped me and Peter knows who it was. It was years ago before I was with Pete, and my friends and family knew about it at the time." Speaking to OK! magazine, Katie said she had "no idea" why Pete would deny knowledge, adding: "He’s not the Pete I knew any more. He’s being really cruel when he knows exactly who did it"

Her claims have shocked Peter Andre who denies knowing anything about it. Hmmmm someone is telling BIG porkies in fact I can see their Pinocchio nose growing from here! What do you think?

Did you see the the interview of Katie Price by Piers Morgan? Peter has said he was "deeply disappointd" about her revelations in the interview. One of which was that she had a miscarriage whilst they were filming their reality television show in L.A..only a few days before they both took part in the Marathon. Piers Morgan has praised Katie for taking part in the interview saying, "She was fiesty, fiery, emotional, contrite and startlingly honest. Whether you love her or hate her, she has been through a hell of a difficult few weeks." Although she was paid a fee for taking part in the interview, she stated on her Twitter that she has donated the whole amount to a charity. So what will be be - Team Katie or Team Peter? I didn't even know Team's existed until I watched the interview myself a few days ago. It was heart-breaking watching Katie talk about her miscarriage and her strong will to continue working throughout that period. She made a statement that Peter was as "Mr. Perfect" as he always makes out he is. Well, time will only tell with these two!

News just in - Katie Price and Peter Andre are separating according to news reports. The Glamour model and singer have been married for three and a half years after meeting on ITV's "I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here." A very short statement was released by their publicist which said:- "Peter Andre and Katie Price are separating. They have both requested that the media respect their families' privacy at this difficult time." The news comes just a few weeks after their new show, "Katie and Peter - Stateside" was broadcast on ITV following the couple trying to "break it" in America. For months showbiz columns and weekly magazines have speculated that their were "cracks" forming in their relationship which they have always denied. Hmmmm, makes you think doesn't it - perhaps those mags were right after all...
