Sunday night, was a night in tribute to the late J-Dilla, the super Hiphop producer.
The event, J-Dilla Changed My Life, was held at Scala in London packed with excited fans eager to hear J-Dilla's hiphop tracks, performed by DJs Shortee Blitz, Mr Thing & Harry Love, DJ Spin Doctor and many more.
J-Dilla was one of the music industry's most influential Hip-Hop artists, working with big name acts like Busta Rhymes, Common and De La Soul.
Just as his music was becoming increasingly popular, he died in 2006, three days after his 32nd birthday, of the blood disease Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic purpura and possibly Lupus.
Even though his last album, Donuts, (yumm my favourite!) was released in 2006, his fan-base is ever growing - take a look at the pictures by photographer, Ade, captured on the night...
